3. I’ve often described myself to others as a high energy person. I’m starting to better understand part of what drives me. As an extrovert, I get lots of energy from being around others. But I’ve also realized that I do something else that constantly feeds my energy. Almost from the moment I wake until I go to bed, I have music on constantly. And not just any music. Not calming music. Not contemplative music. Music that feeds and sustains my energy.
4. I am utterly convinced that the biggest problem in most American companies has nothing to do with technology, inefficiencies, and the like. The biggest problem is bad culture. And bad culture usually comes from bad leadership.
