OPEC is in the enviable business position of having control of the majority of a commodity that is essential to how the modern world functions. Not only do private citizens needs petroleum products, but so do armies. They can do whatever they want to. HRC may argue that it's immoral to keep raising prices on us, but I don't know how she's going to go right @ opec. She can't do anything [yet] militarily. Will it be a concert series to draw attention the 'opec problem' or maybe a letter writing campaign.

I can't think of anything short of taking the group over [which won't/shouldn't] happen that would impact how OPEC works.
