Eric Voltz
My Name Is Mark Montagne from Arizona.
My dad Gene and I spent 2 weeks in Central America,March of 2004.
During our trip we decided to check out San Juan Del Sur and we stayed at Hotel Gran Oceano, our favorite food joint was the Lago Azul Restaurant.
We went there because we heard about the fishing and we heard about an American living there on the beach from my home state of Minnesota.
We found our new found friend from asking around town, someone from the little ice cream parlor new exactly where he lived and gave us directions, his name is Keith and he lives in that 2 story yellow house right next to the police station.
My dad ,Keith and I became fast friends,I was telling Keith I really liked San Juan Del Sur and in a few years I`m going to buy a vacation home,Of course he was telling me to buy there.
To make a long story short I`m 47 now and I will be buying something very soon.
After what happened to Eric in Nicaragua,There is no way in Hell I would buy anything there or do I want to go back and visit Nicaragua,What happened to Eric is Americans worst nightmare,or Europeans,Canadians or anyones nightmare.
I really hope that people don`t invest their money in such a place.
GOOD LUCK ERIC!!
Mark Montagne.
