Along with two other investors I was about to make a serious real estate commitment in this area. This occurance has convinced us that because of the lack of an impartial judicial system it's an area impossible to invest in. I hope they get their act together because it is a beautiful area with really nice people but no outsider in their right mind can spend time or money there without assuming an unfair risk.
